Common Questions

Troubleshooting：
1, Check if the DVI cable is loose;
2, Check if the control PC is in duplicate/expend mode;
3, Check if the main controller has signal input(signal lamp will flicker regularly).

Failure cause:
1, The original video has a different resolution to the screen, the blur is caused by stretch;
2, The original video itself is not clear;
3, The screen setting is wrong, gray level or contrast ratio is a bit lower. 

Troubleshooting：
1, Make sure the original video is made in the same resolution as the screen;
2, Use a higher definition original video;
3, Check and correct the receiving card setting.

1, Setting is not consolidated; 
2, Some receiving cards can’t save the setting, might be malfunction of certain receiving card.

Troubleshooting：
1, Resend the setting to components and consolidate it.
2, Change a new receiving card.

Failure cause:
1, The data cable between units is loose or the setting file of the receiving card is lost.

1, Check the data cable’s connection and the power of receiving card;
2, Change a new receiving card.

1, The content display has a different resolution from the LED screen;
2, The video processor’s resolution is wrong;
3, Some strips or units are not normally working.

1, Set the a content display area that is the same resolution as the LED screen;
2, Set the resolution of the video processor;

Failure cause:
1, Loose connection of the data connection between control PC and the screen;
2, Problem of the DVI cable of multimedia card and sending card;
3, Sending card is broken.
